I'm in a 100-Day Sales Challenge and Built a Tracker for It

I’m in a 100-day sales challenge, and I built a tracker to keep score.

At the last Action Lab session (Sales with Santiago Cortes Calle and Laura Sánchez M.), we got a challenge — spend 100 days doing sales activities.

The 4 actions:

  1. Reach out to cold leads
  2. Ask for referrals
  3. Create content on social media
  4. Put some money into ads

Their words — if you do this for 100 days, it’s VERY HARD not to sell.

To keep track (for both the Action Lab fellows and myself), I built a challenge tracker using Bolt (and then Claude Code).

Super simple: you click each day and mark tasks as done, and there’s another view to see how everyone else in the same challenge is doing.

I’m building it so custom challenges can be created (changing the number of days, start date, which tasks to complete, etc.). Coming this week.

Anyone who wants it (100% free! Just happy if people use it) comment “TRACKER” below. I can also share the repo with anyone who wants the code.
