Yesterday we had the fourth session of the Action Lab — Sales with Santiago Cortes Calle and Laura Sánchez M.. (Way too good 🔥 )
Santiago should do a Sales Stand-Up Comedy show, and Laura should write a book. Pure gold. They left us with 4 commandments:
- The gold is in the follow-up. Never stop making contact!
- Never too much. Not contact, not marketing, not anything. Be everywhere.
- Not every client wants to hear the same thing. Speak in the other person’s language, to their pain points.
- Not everyone qualifies to be your client. Immediately disqualify those who don’t fit your niche and price point.
At the Action Lab we have CRACK instructors every week — real experts with real experience actually doing the work. This cohort has 34 fellows full of fire building projects at record speed.
