I’m happy and proud to share that I’m officially the Tech & Strategy Advisor for GuiaColegio 🚀
This year I decided to play a much more active role in the ecosystem — not just building my own ventures, but mentoring, connecting, and participating.
One of those actions is advising companies and people in a consistent, direct, and intensive way — those who share my values and mission, and show real grit 🔥 to make things happen.
María Alejandra Franco is the real deal. She bootstrapped a platform with real traction, WITHOUT A SINGLE PESO of external investment, that’s now recognized both by families and by the school sector in Bogotá. A company that already generates revenue, has a real mission, and believes in building from a net-positive standpoint (not burning cash). Male is without a doubt one of the people who has impressed me the MOST this year — and I’ve met 300+ people.
So I made her a proposal — advise her to take it even further. Concrete actions, effective meetings, tangible improvements. The goal: triple revenue in under a year. Lucky me — she accepted 🤩.
In just 1 month, we already increased her conversions by 56%, hired an administrative and operational support team to free up her time for sales, and optimized the main page (now loads 95% faster)… and we’re just getting started.
