This is what we need in LatAm — more companies that chase profitability and get to a point where investment is a choice, not a necessity or a prerequisite.
The prevailing belief among LatAm tech entrepreneurs is that it’s incredibly hard to build a profitable software company and scale it without investment.
Camilo is proof that it can be done. LEGEND 🔥 We need more people who take this path and more Peewahs being born and growing in our ecosystem.
Investment isn’t bad — it’s amazing and a great growth engine. But I believe seeking it should be an option to scale already-profitable businesses, not to create a business that might theoretically be profitable someday.
