“Build in public” — showing in real time what you’re building.
Yesterday at the Kickoff breakfast we showed all our instructors and allies the results of Ignia’s first 6 months.
With real numbers (we did well 🔥) and real mistakes (we also screwed up 💩).
Soon we’ll be sharing in monthly newsletters exactly what’s happening, the decisions we made, and where we went wrong.
For everyone who wants to follow along — it’ll all be in the newsletters + monthly blog on our site.
Related to a recent controversial post of mine — I think admitting you screwed up and learning from it is healthy. Same goes for the wins.
We want to show our successes and failures in real time, to minimize the learning curve for anyone who wants to follow along.

To get inspired — do you know of any blogs, newsletters, or companies doing “build in public”? Ideally from LATAM! I know several US resources but nothing from here.
Also — do you think it’s a good idea? Showing what’s happening? Or better to keep that information private?
