Finding co-founders is rough — 4 tips to avoid regret 🫠

Same level of risk — Ideally, everyone quitting their jobs to go into the business full-time.

Same ‘way of working’ — similar pace, similar values. Nobody should feel pushed or left behind.

Similar business vision — Agreement on what you want to build, whether you want to sell the company or not, what size/revenue you want to reach.

Complementary skills. Some overlap is fine, but you each also need independent superpowers (and they need to be core to the idea).
Listed by order of importance… but ideally all 4 are there.
