I’m looking for a CTO for a HealthTech startup in Colombia 👨⚕️
The startup already has revenue ($400K+ this year, 2026 projection >$1M USD), active institutional clients, and a very healthy deal pipeline.
MUST-HAVES:
- Experience building tech teams and building technology yourself. At least 7+ years of total experience.
- DRIVE 🔥 to build and create alongside an experienced team.
- REAL technical capability — no CTOs who can’t code or won’t get their hands dirty (sorry).
- At least some knowledge of infrastructure.
Open to your preferred stack — what matters is experience and actual technical ability.
Compensation in Cash + Equity.
