I selected 4 mentees 👩🧔‍♂️👩🧔‍♂️ to multiply and share the knowledge my own mentors, the ecosystem, and experience have given me ⤵️

Over 70 (🤯) people were interested. From those I narrowed it down to 15, and from those to 4 where I believe we can create the most impact together.

📚 Maria Fernanda Montejo Quiceno - Turning donated books into higher education — Fundación Nave Eureka.

🧑‍⚕️ Eduardo Castaño Arbelaez - Accelerating Cancer and Rare Disease diagnosis with Tech — SimaHealth.

💡 David Mauricio González Roa - Custom online educational programs for any population, company, or industry — Merahki.

📖 Marcela Escovar Aparicio - Raising awareness about early childhood reading, both directly and through parents and instructors — Picnic de Palabras

All fire-driven people 🔥 — so exciting to think about how I can help them keep crushing it while learning together along the way.

I’ve only been a mentor 3 times before, in a less structured way. What do you recommend to make this worthwhile for them (and for me)?
