Following Liliana Rodriguez Vega’s advice, I’m shifting from “goals to achieve in 2026” to “actions to take in 2026”:
1️⃣ Help Ignia grow 3X in annual revenue, 4X in margin, and 5X in total impact 👉 Do 2 sales actions every day (prospect, reach out, follow up, ask for referrals). Not counting ads or social content.
2️⃣ Read AT LEAST 10 books 👉 Read 50 pages per week.
3️⃣ Run the Bogotá Half Marathon again and beat my time 👉 Run at least twice a week (Sunday + 1 other day).
4️⃣ Meet at least 100 new people 👉 Schedule 1 LinkedIn coffee chat + 1 person from my in-person events per week.
5️⃣ Tell stories at 10 events/podcasts 👉 Post on LinkedIn at least 5 times a week (and let those posts bring the speaking invites!) - PS Santiago Grisales thx for the first invite of the year 🔥
Both Atomic Habits and Feel-Good Productivity stress the importance of short-term, measurable progress — let’s see if it works!
