🚨 We’re looking for someone with FIRE! 🔥 Our first hire — a Project & Community Builder.
At Ignia we’re reinventing higher education, and for our first full-time team hire, we need someone who can ignite and keep alive the flame of our community.
This is an incredible challenge 🤩: You’ll be the heart of our community, but your role goes beyond that. You’ll help us build (because we love building): from innovative educational programs and new interaction spaces, to alliances with inspiring people and communities.
This isn’t about managing social media (we already have someone for that) — it’s about creating something that transcends the screen.
Your mission will be: 👉 Create and lead spaces, programs, and events (virtual and in-person) that leave everyone amazed. 👉 Find and win over the best speakers, instructors, and partners to join our mission. 👉 Build strategic alliances with other communities so the fire spreads. 👉 Make sure the magic we create is seen, felt, and shared constantly.
This is for you if: ✅ You’re a natural connector — building relationships is your thing. ✅ Our mission of reinventing education genuinely excites you. ✅ You have a growth mindset: you believe things CAN be done. ✅ You’re self-driven: we don’t expect to have to push you — we want to give you the tools to knock it out of the park. ✅ You have 2-5 years of experience building projects, events, or communities.
We’re offering a strategic role, a salary between COP $5M and $7M + an annual variable based on company results (if the company wins, everyone wins), a hybrid model in Bogotá (Wednesday and Thursday in person), and most importantly, a culture where your fire can grow and build without limits 🚀.
