Today I’m giving away my NotebookLM with all my sources, explainer videos, podcasts, etc. for anyone who wants to build a community.
Yesterday at our Thursday Coworking, Emma Barrientos Arismendi was asking me — how do you build a community?
With this NotebookLM I’ve studied tons of resources on the topic. My top 3 things to keep in mind:
- Clear Purpose — The community needs a clear idea of what unites it. For Ignia, it’s bringing together people with fire 🔥
- Consistency — Consistency is everything. Whether weekly, monthly, whatever — it should NEVER get cancelled.
- Be Active — You can’t be a laid-back host. You have to welcome people, keep conversations going, structure things, and create engagement that way.
