REalizable — Something you can actually build easily, with your current team. CHIquito (Small) — With the fewest features and complexity possible. Focus on the essence. Measurable — Clear KPIs so you know if it worked. BArato (Cheap) — Using the fewest resources possible in every sense. Time, money, people.
